Playfulness is a powerful tool for transformation. A hand selected playlist for each class is a large factor in what creates this uniquely healing program. Many have asked her to share her playlists as they blend beats from; tribal, rock, pop, 70’s, 80’s bluegrass, opera, Tulum vibes, metal and quotes from philosophers.

Betty was kicked out of a step aerobics class for lack of rhythm, while falling into others, and years later set 5 Guinness Book Records for hula hooping while running, continuously, in 10k’s and 1 half marathon for 5 years. She believes that if she can learn how to hoop, anyone can. Her passion is to encourage people that daring yourself to get out of your comfort zone can be life changing.

She has a 99% success rate for teaching all ages, sizes, abilities and excuses. Using The Betty Hoop, (a safely weighted, collapsible hoop) and her X-Ray vision, she can teach EVERYONE in the first 3 minutes. She uses the hoop as a tool for grounding, centering, core strength, quick stress release and for you to awaken your warrior spirit.

1) Ensure Space & Amount of Hoopers

Book a FREE 15 minute call to plan a customized session with Betty. The hoop takes up twice as much space as 1 yoga mat. Betty can teach virtually from 1-50 people at a time. Other Options: Hire Betty In Person and Learn 1on1

2) Order Wholesale Hoops

The Betty Hoop adjusts 2 sizes in 1. It is padded for comfort and safely weighted. All 6 segments fit adults from about 110-220 lbs. The 5 segment hoop fits people from about 80-110lbs. and is used for upper body toning and tricks. Betty offers handmade hoops for people over 220 lbs. #4 – Tribal Hoop Rave / Hoop Optional

Lights Off, Brain Off. Finally, you’ll get to dance like no one is watching. Betty guides you through specific breathing and movements to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Tribal, Rap, Opera, Devotional, Industrial music, etc. make this a powerful experience to release stuck emotion and to connect you to the Divine and to yourself. Glow sticks can be taped to your hoop or your arms. Unwind with yoga and meditation to finish. GREAT FOR: Vibrancy/Inner Wisdom/Release Stress Recharge & Radiate (30-50 minutes)

#5 – Spin Your Prayers

Set your intentions in motion to manifest! Get aligned with the universal flow and amplify your ability to create. Sitting in the sacred space of the hoop, we will write our wishes, prayers for loved ones or goals on the hoop.
