- Injured Athlete Research: Betty has injuries from sports and bad doctors and learned to heal herself, and others on a mental & physical level. Injuries include; Brain Injury (right frontal cortex damage) Labral tear, Ruptured L3 Disc, Trochanteric Bursa Rupture, Plantar Fascial Rupture, broken ankles, torn ligaments in ankle, whiplash from car accident, nerve damage of various body parts. (Her clients have been pleased with her research and suggestions to use specific therapies to heal from specific issues.

Raised in NY and living in Aspen, CO, Betty’s style of teaching is that of a Boot Camp-Yogi. Leaning almost into the student’s hoop, she shouts out adjustments, “Suck and tuck! Pump your core! Rock your hips! Faster! Breathe into your space! YOU CAN DO IT! This style of focus and instruction has a 99% success rate of the thousands that she has taught since 1999.
