Workshops are either on Zoom or you can hire Betty to teach at your location. As a group, they will build a sense of trust, support and teamwork. As individuals, they will learn easy and quick techniques for releasing stress, healing body pain and tension in the mind and body.
Betty can address postural corrections for both Hoop Warrior and Yoga classes. Recommendations for healing the mind/body through meditation, breathwork, chanting, red light, Reiki, styles of massage and acupressure, cranial sacral, nutritional are offered as well.
In Betty’s 20 years as a licensed Anusara Yoga Instructor, certified massage therapist and Hoop Teacher, she has helped many people improve their overall health and sleep. Helpful tips and explanation on various healing techniques are also shared.
