These workshops are for information and inspiration. Zoom groups can build a sense of community and realize that they have more in common than they might have know. Betty can address postural corrections for both Hoop Warrior and Yoga classes. FAQ’s can be answered. Other advice on meditation, breathwork, chanting, and all things hoop are offered too.

In Betty’s 20 years of teaching and massaging, she has helped many people improve their overall health and sleep. Helpful tips and explanation on various healing techniques are also shared.
