- Injured Athlete Resources: Due to many injuries from sports and bad doctors, Betty has learned to heal herself, and others on a mental & physical level. *Injuries include; Brain trauma (right frontal cortex damage) Labral tear, Ruptured L3 Disc, Trochanteric Bursa Rupture, Plantar Fascial tear, Rotator cuff tear, broken ankles, whiplash, nerve damage and partial paralysis. (She loves to share her extended research to help guide others to heal their specific issues.

Raised in NY and living in Aspen Colorado, Betty’s style of teaching is that of a Boot Camp-Yogi. Leaning almost into the student’s hoop as she shouts adjustments, “Suck & tuck! Use your core! YOU CAN DO IT! ” Betty’s had a 99% success rate of the thousands that she’s taught since 1999.
